We’ve redefined what it means to dine at an all-inclusive resort, offering a variety of world-class, chef-led restaurants that cater to every palate. From innovative tasting menus to authentic Mexican flavors, every meal is crafted with the finest ingredients and attention to detail. Our culinary offerings, paired with personalized service, ensure that every dining experience feels exclusive, elevating the overall stay to one of unforgettable luxury and flavor. Our property features Cocina de Autor, a recent recipient of a MICHELIN star, led by two MICHELIN star chefs, Sidney Schutte and Francisco Sixtos, and six other gourmet restaurants.

TM: What is the one dish or drink that consistently surprises guests and becomes their new favorite? 

AS: One dish that consistently surprises guests and becomes their new favorite at Cocina de Autor is the Beetroot dessert; its vibrant color and the unique balance of earthy and sweet flavors, paired with fresh and contrasting ingredients, create a multi-sensory experience that celebrates local ingredients and culinary ingenuity. Another standout is the Elderflower dessert, which showcases the delicacy of elderflower with a perfect balance of freshness and elegance, transporting diners to a garden of refined aromas and flavors. For drinks, the various Mezcalita creations often take the spotlight. Guests are continually impressed by the handcrafted mezcal paired with flavors like Jamaica, passion fruit, spicy pineapple, and vanilla, offering a perfect blend of fresh citrus and a smoky, salted rim. Each variation provides a unique yet authentic mezcal experience, leaving a lasting impression.
