Cabot, developer and operator of a diverse collection of residential, resort, golf club and master-planned communities, is embarking on its first international property in Saint Lucia. The master-planned resort community, dubbed Cabot Saint Lucia, is located on Point Hardy—a 375-acre peninsula at the northern tip of the eastern Caribbean island.

As part of Cabot Saint Lucia, Cabot is developing a golf club, residential community and resort. Designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, the 18-hole golf course will be the crown jewel of the resort and the company’s third (after Cabot Cliffs and Cabot Links in Nova Scotia, Canada—both of which were recently named among Golf Digest’s “World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses”). Cabot Point will be carved in to the lush landscape and will feature sweeping Caribbean ocean views, including seven holes that play directly along the ocean. Dramatic clifftop greens will jut in to the ocean, and meandering valleys will lead from the upper elevations to meadows by the sea.

Situated on a hilltop overlooking the beach, the club and resort at Cabot Saint Lucia will beckon with world-class amenities and experiences. Plans include a 50-suite boutique hotel, three restaurants, boutique retail shops, the Cabot Spa and clubhouse. Activities will include a sports facility, a full-service beach club and excursions with the Cabot Saint Lucia Explorers Team.

Meanwhile, the luxury real estate offerings include a collection of hillside townhomes, single-family homes, and customizable beachfront and bluff-top grand estate lots (from $760,000 to $10 million). Each home will have panoramic surroundings of the turquoise sea, along with direct, exclusive access to the resort amenities and golf course.
