West Hollywood, California
Residences at The West Hollywood EDITION

The Buzz: The Residences at The West Hollywood EDITION, developed by Witkoff and New Valley, LLC, is a new, exclusive project consisting of only 20 one- to four-bedroom residences at the iconic corner of Sunset Boulevard and Doheney Drive. American hotelier Ian Schrager is leading the creative direction, and British architect John Pawson, known for his minimalist aesthetic, is in charge of design.

Wow Factor: Positioned atop the EDITION Hotel, the Residences feature a private residential entry and lobby, plus the exclusive amenity spaces for which the brand is known. The building boasts a landscaped rooftop with pool, terrace, bar and dramatic city views; a lobby-level restaurant with shaded garden seating; fitness center and spa.

Gardenhouse

The Buzz: Gardenhouse is the first project in the United States by renowned Chinese architect Ma Yansong, founder of MAD Architects. The overarching principle is to connect residents to nature—right in the middle of modern, elegant Beverly Hills.

Wow Factor: The building’s façade is the largest living wall in the country, covered with native plants and succulents.
